As we close out the year, I’m reflecting on the incredible growth we’ve experienced at Rachel Rose Coaching and sharing a sneak peek of what’s to come in 2025.

🎉 2024: A Year of Growth and Transformation

This year was nothing short of transformative. I leaned fully into what I love most: helping YOU turn your passions into profits through community building and virtual events.

Top 3 Milestones of 2024 (Rachel Rose Coaching Wrapped):

1. The Strategy Lab:

Our goal-setting retreat was a game-changer! I watched community creators reflect on their successes, set clear goals, and walk away with actionable plans for 2025. Seeing that clarity and confidence come alive was one of my highlights of the year.

2. Virtual Summits:

Helping my clients bring their virtual summit visions to life has been some of the most fulfilling work I’ve done this year. Seeing these events grow communities, create connections, and deliver incredible value reminded me of the magic virtual events hold.

3. The Podcast:

Your Community Strategist hit some incredible milestones, and it’s all because of YOU! Whether you’ve been here since the rebrand or just found the show, your support and engagement have meant everything.

And of course, a personal highlight: starting a mastermind group with some truly incredible women. The inspiration, ideas, and accountability we’ve shared have been life-changing. I can’t wait to see what we achieve together in 2025.

Next year is shaping up to be one of action, clarity, and growth. Here’s what’s on the horizon at Rachel Rose Coaching:

This is THE event I’m most excited about! Coming in late Q2 of 2025, The Community Creators Summit is designed for:

Introducing The Glow Up, a brand-new offering! This is a live, collaborative screenshare session where we’ll dive deep into your community together. We’ll:

• Walk through your spaces, systems, and engagement strategies.

• Identify what’s working and where you can refine or grow.

• Leave you with a recording and an action plan tailored to your next steps.

3. Summit Strategy Coaching

Virtual summits have been a game-changer this year, and I’m leaning in further in 2025. I’ll be offering one-on-one strategy sessions and group programs to help YOU bring your summit ideas to life.

Drumroll, please… In 2025, I’m launching a brand-new weekly series on YouTube: Quick Wins for Circle Communities! These short, actionable videos will help you optimize and simplify your work on Circle, including:

Because sometimes, a 5-minute tip is all you need to make a big impact.

5. All Things Gamification (January Focus)

We’re kicking off 2025 with a deep dive into gamification inside The Strategic Community Co-Op and here on the podcast. I’ll be sharing real-world examples, templates, and strategies to make gamification work for YOUR community. From earning points to sparking participation, gamification is about creating a space that’s valuable and fun.

6. So You Want to Start a Podcast? (February Focus)

If “start a podcast” is on your 2025 to-do list, February is YOUR month! I’ll guide you through:

• Building workflows to make podcasting sustainable and stress-free.
