Rachel Rose Coaching is on a mission to help summit hosts, course creators, and community leaders build impactful, strategic online communities—without burnout. At the heart of this work is The Strategic Community Co-Op, our DIY learning space and membership for community builders.
We’re looking for a Community Growth & Engagement Specialist to join our team. This is a growth-first role focused on outreach, connection, and visibility—designed to bring more aligned members into The Co-Op and increase our brand presence across platforms.
This role is not about managing our community from the inside out—it’s about helping expand it by building relationships, following leads, and sparking engagement both inside and outside of the Circle platform.
What You’ll Do: 📣 Growth & Outreach (Primary Focus)
Identify and connect with ideal members: summit hosts, course creators, and community leadersBuild relationships through authentic outreach across platforms (LinkedIn, IG, relevant communities, etc.)
Represent our brand inside Circle’s own community and other aligned spacesSupport lead generation campaigns, warm outreach, and visibility efforts
Collaborate on creative strategies to drive conversions into The Co-Op
🤝 Engagement & Support (Secondary Focus)
Participate in The Co-Op by responding to member wins and ongoing discussions (you’re not the main moderator, but you’ll support engagement efforts)
Help highlight new resources and content drops in our community
Track engagement trends and member feedback to support our ongoing strategy
🛠️ Nice-to-Have Skills & Tools:
Confident using Circle—this is non-negotiable
Bonus points if you’ve worked with ClickUp, Notion, or Flodesk
Comfortable navigating tech tools and communicating in ClickUp chat
You're a Great Fit If You:
Have experience with community growth, outreach, or audience-building
Are a self-starter who knows how to build real relationships online
Communicate with warmth, clarity, and strategic thinking
Are proactive, organized, and energized by helping others succeed
Are aligned with community-led business models and creative entrepreneurship
Are available to work in U.S. Eastern Time (EST)—this is required.
The Logistics:
Contractor role, 5–10 hours/week
Weekly 30-minute virtual check-in during EST hours
Most day-to-day communication happens via ClickUp chat
Flexible scheduling within your EST-friendly window
